Mr. Rick D. Robles is the President and Owner of Robles Mortuaries, Inc. and Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Homes, proudly serving the communities of Del Rio, Brackettville, and New Braunfels, Texas. He is also the owner of Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, extending his commitment to dignified, full-service care for families during their most difficult times.
A 1990 graduate of the Commonwealth College of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas, Mr. Robles earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science, received the Scholastic Achievement Award, and served as Class Vice President—early signs of the leadership and excellence he would bring to the funeral profession.
Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, Rick—affectionately known to many as “Ricky”—grew up working alongside his father, Mr. Rudy C. Robles, at Rudy Robles Plumbing. Together, they expanded their family business legacy by securing the Culligan Water Franchise in 1984 and the Roto-Rooter Franchise in 1985, faithfully serving the Del Rio community until January 2016. In 1989, Mr. Robles co-founded Ramos & Robles Inc., DBA Sunset Funeral Homes, in El Paso, Texas.
Mr. Robles is the husband of Mrs. Lourdes Robles and a devoted family man. He is the proud father of Mayra Vanessa Robles-Trevino and grandfather to three beloved grandchildren: Alan Eduardo Trevino, Fabian Ricardo Trevino, and Valeksia Trevino.
A respected leader in the funeral industry and his community, Mr. Robles continues to uphold a legacy built on hard work, integrity, and compassion.

Mrs. Lourdes Robles brings decades of experience and a proud family legacy to her role as Manager of Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A third-generation funeral director, she has devoted her life to serving families with compassion, dignity, and respect—values deeply rooted in her upbringing.
In addition to her leadership at Sunset, Mrs. Robles owns and operates Flores Funeral Home in Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico, where she worked alongside her father, Mr. Raúl Flores Longoria. Her commitment to honoring life extends to her involvement with Jardines de la Luz Cemetery, also located in Ciudad Acuña.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to beauty and remembrance are also evident through her ownership and management of Floral Xpressions, a beloved flower shop located in Del Rio, Texas, specializing in custom floral arrangements for all occasions.
A devoted mother of four—Jaime, Cesar, Andrea, and Daniel—Mrs. Robles continues to build upon her family’s legacy of service across borders, offering comfort and care to those in their time of need.

Jaime Barrera has been a dedicated Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for over 20 years. Born and raised within the funeral service profession, Jaime grew up working alongside his father, Mr. Fito Barrera, at Yeager Barrera Mortuary in Eagle Pass, Texas, where he developed a lifelong commitment to helping families during their most difficult times.
In 2002, Jaime married his wife, Marisol, and together they are proud parents to four sons: Jaime Jr., Marco A., Xavier I., and Jacobo I. Barrera.
Throughout his career, Jaime has been known for his unwavering compassion, integrity, and thoughtful care. He remains deeply committed to serving families with the highest level of professionalism and respect, and he looks forward to continuing this tradition of service for families across our community.

Mayra is a 2003 early graduate of Del Rio High School. She obtained her Associate of Liberal Arts Degree from Southwest Texas Junior College and is a 2009 honor graduate of the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service. She was appointed as the Corporate Secretary of Robles Mortuaries, Inc., DBA Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Homes & Cemetery, in July of 2009.
Mayra is the Daughter of Mr. Rick D. Robles (President/Owner) and the late Gilda C. Robles (Owner/Corporation Secretary). Mayra is married to Rigo Alberto Trevino of Del Rio, TX, and together they are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children, Alán Eduardo, Fabián Ricardo, and Valeksia Sophia.

Mr. J. Mario Juarez was born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, where he developed a deep appreciation for family, tradition, and community values. A proud graduate of San Felipe High School, Mr. Juarez has dedicated more than 34 years to helping families make thoughtful and informed decisions about their funeral pre-planning needs.
As the Pre-Arrangement Manager at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Mr. Juarez brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and professionalism to his role. He is committed to guiding individuals and families through the pre-planning process with sensitivity and care, ensuring peace of mind and clarity during one of life’s most important decisions.

A proud Del Rio native, Cesar R. Treviño brings over 15 years of professional experience — and more than a decade in the funeral industry — to Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Homes. Growing up in the family’s funeral business in Acuña, Coahuila, Mexico, which continues to operate today, he gained firsthand knowledge of the care, compassion, and attention to detail essential in serving families during life’s most difficult moments.
He currently serves as Business Office Manager for the Del Rio location, while also providing key operational, technical, and design support across all Sunset Memorial Oaks properties, including New Braunfels, Brackettville, and Sunset Cemetery.
In his multifaceted role, Cesar oversees day-to-day administrative operations and manages marketing initiatives for the Sunset Memorial Oaks brand, building and maintaining the company website, developing outreach campaigns, and overseeing all social media platforms.
Cesar is also a headstone designer in our in-house headstone design studio, where he designs personalized memorials. His creative work helps families honor their loved ones with meaningful, lasting tributes.
He holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in IT Management.
A devoted husband and father of two, Cesar is dedicated to serving families with compassion, professionalism, and respect, ensuring every detail reflects the care and dignity they deserve.

Richard Zapata is a proud Del Rioan and graduate of Del Rio High School, Class of 2008. He continued his education at Southwest Texas Junior College, Austin Community College, and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, building a strong foundation for a life of service, professionalism, and leadership.
In 2013, Richard enlisted in the United States Navy, where he honorably served on board CVN 68 USS Nimitz until 2018. During his service, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his role in Operation Inherent Resolve in the Persian Gulf in 2017. After completing his military service, he spent three years in law enforcement, continuing his commitment to public safety.
Richard is also a licensed Crematory Operator, bringing professionalism, care, and compassion to an essential and sensitive field. Today, he combines his diverse background and dedication to serve families with integrity and respect.
Richard is a devoted husband and proud father of two, who are his greatest inspiration and motivation.
