He is precede in death by his parents; Felix Cepeda and Manuela Menchaca, and wife of 57 years Dolores Cepeda.
He is survived by his daughter; Naela Drury, his sons; Victor Cepeda Jr. (Joann), Ramiro Cepeda, and Vicente Meza. His sisters; Alicia Reymer and Christina Rodriguez. His Brother; Antonio Gonzalez. Eleven grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
