Travis C. Wilson, age 82, entered into rest March 24, 2007 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born July 24, 1924 in Gruver, Texas. He is preceded in death by his wife Lanette Wilson and his parents Clinton Mitchell and Cassie Wilson. He was a WWII Navy Veteran and proudly served in the South Pacific. Left to Cherish his memory are son Mitch Wilson and daughter-in-law Diane Wilson. Sister Willie May Mangold, grand daughter Brandi Wilson, great-grandchildren Anthony and Audrey, and niece Cassandra Weyandt. The gentlemen left with the honors of pallbearer are Jimmy Bader, Gene Britton, Voyd Crum, Charlie Foust, Robert Mills, and Tim Word. Visitation will be held Tuesday March 27, 2007 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in Brackettville Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 10:00AM in Frontier Baptist Church, Brackettville, Texas Graveside service will be Thursday March 29, 2007 at 11:30AM in Dumas Cemetery, in Dumas Texas.
