Obituary

Tammy Sue Hirtle, age 56, entered into rest on May 12, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on January 13, 1965 in Austin, Texas to Milton Grimm and Hazel McPike. Tammy lived life to the fullest. She spent a majority of her life traveling. She loved the ocean views, the waves, the sunsets of the beaches, and lighthouses. Though Tammy had great love for beaches and lighthouses, her love for her family and friends was more than the sands on the beaches and brighter than any lighthouse. She loved unconditionally. She was never quick to judge and was always willing to give and help anyone, including a stranger in need. Tammy was a wonderful mother, wife, partner, friend, grandmother, sister, aunt, and most importantly a wonderful person. She is going to be missed greatly, but she will never be forgotten. She is preceded in death by her mother, Hazel McPike. Tammy is survived by her father, Milton Grimm (Betsy); partner, Guillermo Saavedra; brother Milton Grimm Jr.; children, Jennifer Garcia (Rudy), Elizabeth Williams (Steve) shared with Adam Garcia, James Hirtle (Samantha), Sara Hirtle, Joseph Hirtle shared with Jim Hirtle, and Brittany Saavedra; grandchildren, Anevae, Louis, Catalina, Kaylee, Christian, Kennedy, Carmen, Makaila, Emily, Logan, Aravela and Arayah; and great-grandchild Aubree.
