Sylvia Y. Zamarripa of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on January 25, 2025. She was born in Seguin, Texas, on January 31, 1954, to Frank R. Young and Consuelo G. Young.Sylvia is survived by her husband Ramon P. Zamarripa, her sons; Rene Zamarripa, Christopher Zamarripa and daughter, Rosalie Honhorst. Five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.Sylvia is preceded in death by her father Frank R. Young, grandparents Luisa and Frank Young, Eulalia and Jose Gonzales.She is survived by her mother; Consuelo Young, brothers; Roy Young and Michael Young, sisters; Sandra Wesolick and Mary Ulloa and her aunts Amelia Martinez and Virginia Rodriguez.Sylvia loved her car, Selena, The Beatles, watching Bluey with Sylie. She also enjoyed helping people and cooking for her family. She loved her family more than anything.
