Stephen Miller, devoted husband, loving father, and compassionate counselor, passed away peacefully at the age of 61 on Christmas morning, 2024. Stephen's life was built around the people he loved and the happiness he shared with them. For Stephen, family was everything. As a husband and father, he treated his wife and daughters not just with love, but with a friendship that made them feel like his best friends. He lived for the moments spent with them, always radiating happiness and laughter, and he made sure they felt that same joy every day. His infectious optimism made even the toughest days feel brighter. He had an unmatched ability to lift spirits and bring out the best in everyone. Whether it was a lighthearted joke, a thoughtful piece of advice, or simply his warm presence, Stephen's charisma was magnetic. Stephen proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 22 years of honorable service. This experience inspired him to choose his next career as a Licensed Professional Counselor, where his primary focus was serving his fellow Veterans. Stephen is survived by his wife Lisa Miller, and daughters Caroline and Catherine Miller. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and inspiration. His family, friends, and all those he helped through his work will forever remember him for his wisdom, kindness, and unwavering belief that happiness is something meant to be shared. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on January 15, 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic School.
