Silvestre G. Silvas, age 81, entered into rest February 1, 2015 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on March 24, 1933 in Sanderson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Pe�a Silvas. Parents Felipe and Maria Silvas. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Rosa Olvera and husband David, Clelia Carrillo and husband Valente, Emma Aguilar and husband Mario, Silvestre P. Silvas. Grandchildren, Adrian Olvera, Clarisa Escamilla and husband Ramiro, Eric Carrillo, Michelle Galindo and husband Steven. Great-grandchildren, Melina Galindo, Aiden Escamilla, Jacob Carrillo and Cameron Escamilla. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, from 5:00pm-9:00pm at St. James Catholic Church, Sanderson, Texas. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, 10:00am, St. James Catholic Church in Sanderson, Texas. Interment to follow at Santa Rita Cemetery in Sanderson, Texas.
