Sergio Obaya, Jr., 63, passed away April 24th 2024. Sergio was born in San Antonio, Texas on May 21, 1960, and lived in Canyon Lake, Texas. He worked for 43 years with the cable company, as a fiber tech, when it first started in San Antonio.Mr. Obaya is survived by his sons; Sergio G. Obaya, Daniel B. Obaya, grandchildren; Starlett Obaya, Sergio Obaya, brothers; Rene Obaya, Orlando Obaya, Sister; Marissa Obaya Peterson andcousin/brother, Arturo Sanchez.Sergio loved fishing, golfing with friends from work and was a great cook. Sergio was an amazing guy, friend and brother. He will be missed dearly.There will not be any services held at this time. His ashes will be placed at Rock Port, his favorite place for fishing.
