It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Selina Ozuna Edwards, who died on June 7, 2026 at the age of 63 in San Antonio, TX.

Selina attended New Braunfels High School and was proud to be a member of the dance team, the Monoceras. Selina moved on to marry and have three children, eventually moving to San Diego to be closer to her sister, Julissa. Selina returned to the great state of Texas in 2004, with her children. Selina inherited an "I can make that" attitude from her parents, adopting the love of jewelry making from Bobbie. They spent countless hours together making necklaces. The amount of times we heard beads rolling on the floor is immeasurable. We are still finding stray beads to this day.

Selina started working in the funeral business several years ago around the time her Mother passed. Selina was very passionate about her career because it allowed her to help others.

Selina was a compassionate and generous person. Everyone who loved her will remember her for her sense of humor, her wisdom, her beauty and her love of coffee.

Selina is survived by her children, Brooke (Josie), Alyssa, and Evan, and by her beloved grandson, Kevin "KJ" King Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobbie and Guillermo "Willie" Ozuna.

A visitation will be held on June 20, 2026 , from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a celebration of life at 6:00 pm, at Sunset Memorial Oaks, New Braunfels.

Rest easy Selina, you will be deeply missed and forever loved.
