Sabrina Rodriguez Cervantes peacefully passed away to be with her maker on Monday, July 30, 2018, at the age of 28 years old. Sabrina will always be treasured and fondly remembered by her husband, Alex Cervantes, her children, Destiny, Brianna and Isaiah, her parents, Ricardo Rodriguez and Linda Aldana, her brothers and sisters, Samantha, Robert, Juan, Krystal, Christian, Justin, Johnathan, Kimberly and Valerie, her mother in law, Ana Garrett and all her uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Sabrina is predeceased by her grandmother Petra Rodriguez and grandfather Luis Rodriguez. Sabrina was a very loving and caring mother who always had her children in her mind and heart and loved them dearly. She was a beautiful wife who always took her husband's breath away. Sabrina was also a great daughter, sister and aunt. She loved her family greatly and would be the first to want to help out, without asking for anything in return, whenever it was needed. She had a gift for making everyone smile. Sabrina graduated from Southwest Texas Junior College with honors as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). She was a compassionate and attentive nurse who was tender with all her patients and affectionate to their wants, needs and dignity. Her inspiration and passion for this profession came from her grandmother and she was captivated by the medical field in general soon wanting to start schooling to be a Registered Nurse. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Thursday, August 9, 2018, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Rosary from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 10, 2018, 10:00 a.m., at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment of ashes will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
