Ryan Kade Delahunt was tragically killed on July 26, 2025, in New Braunfels, Texas. He was just thirty-three years old. He was born in DeRidder, Louisiana, on February 27, 1992, to Rhonda Delahunt and Randell Buxton. Left to mourn this terrible loss are his parents and siblings; Randy (Jennifer) Delahunt, of Kerrville, Texas, Keith Smith, Clancy Buxton, Rachel Buxton and paternal grandfather Ursel Buxton all of DeRidder, Louisiana. Also, heart-broken is the love of his life, Cristina Gutierrez and their four children; Isabella, Jiraiya, Lazuli and Penelope. Ryan had special relationships with Angie Villarreal, Jonavon Salazar and nieces Trinity Payton, Brooklyn Delahunt and nephew Logan Delahunt. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bud and Sue Delahunt and paternal grandmother Marie Buxton. Ryan was a very special person and will be truly missed.
