Ruben M. Vann, age 68, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on April 18, 1951 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents Telesforo R. Vann and Adita Martinez de Vann; and his sister Cecilia Garcia. Left to cherish his memory are his brothers Richard Vann (Mary) and Raymundo Vann (Esther); his sister Lydia J. Delgado (Ben); his brother-in-law Reyes Garcia; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Services will conclude after the Mass.
