Roberto G. Lafuente, age 62, entered into rest on February 10, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 20, 1955. He was preceded in death by his father Gonzalo Lafuente Cantu and sister Maria de Jesus Lafuente. Roberto nacio en El Remolino, Coahuila,Capital del mundo, ombligo de la Galaxia; ese dia nacio un robusto de bebe y se quedo robusto. Estudio en El Remolino, Acu�a y Del Rio, Texas. Un hijo, un hermano, esposo, Padre y abuelo amoroso. El fue una persona decente, amigable, tabajador e inolvidable. Vivio su cursillo de Cristiandad. Sirvio a su Iglesia de Acu�a por 30 a�os. Conocio al amor de su vida, su prieta chula en 1974 y se casaron en Enero 5 de 1979. Tuvieron 4 hijos y 3 nietos los cuales siempre estuvieron muy orgullosos y lo extra�aran el resto de sus vidas. Seguiremos honrando su ejemplo y todas sus ense�azas. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Silvia C. Lafuente; son Roberto Lafuente Reyna and wife Brenda; daughters Cecilia Yvonne Lafuente, Maria de Jesus Lafuente Reyna and Karen Alexandra Lafuente Reyna; his mother Dora D. Gonzalez; grandchildren Roberto Lafuente Valles, Amanda De La Cruz Lafuente, and Ricardo De La Cruz Lafuente; sisters Elva Ramirez and husband Jesus, Marina Amparo De La Garza and husband Leandro, and Blanca Lafuente; brothers Juan Lafuente and wife Martha, Roberto Carlos Lafuente and wife Sonia. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Gentlemen with the Honor of pallbearers are Roberto Lafuente, Juan Guadalupe Lafuente, Roberto Carlos Lafuente, Alonzo Ramirez, Jose Angel Reyna, Erick Alan Reyna, and Orlando Reyna. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
