Robert Lee Benson Sr., age 64, entered into rest on Monday, August 1, 2016 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on October 14, 1951 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Talynn Reign, and parents Mr. Silas Benson & Ms. Earlene Jones. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years Mrs. Bertha Fay Benson; his sons Robert Lee Benson Jr. (Sarah), Taylor S. Benson, and Jared S. Benson; his daughter Sabrina Luna (Alfonso); his brother Clethis Jones and his sister Sherrian Miller. Mr. Benson is also survived by his grandchildren Kai, Christian, Kaleb, Yamila, Brooke. Visitation will be held Friday, August 5, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Seminole Cemetery in Brackettville, Texas.
