Ricky Dean Howard, age 57, entered into rest on Thursday, June 25, 2021, in Denver, Colorado. Ricky Dean Howard was born on December the 20th, 1963 in Tyler, Texas to Marvin Dean Howard and Frances Juanita McCormick. Married to Cheryl Ann Cline on June 12th, 1979 in Juárez, Mexico. He worked for Capstar Drilling for 28+ years. Ricky, after multiple years of oilfield, transitioned into over-the-road truck driving. Ricky enjoyed working hard, fishing, loved spending time with his family and mostly his grandkids with his pup Bailey alongside his wife. He also enjoyed kicking back with a couple of cold beers. He was a hard-working family man overall, always making up stories to fool his grandkids around. One of which still thought he lied about getting married in Mexico. Proceeding in death, his infant son Ricky Dean Howard, his father, Marvin Dean Howard, and his uncle, Gordon Nolan Howard. Ricky is survived by his wife, Cheryl Ann Cline. Two sons Nicki Gene Howard and his wife Kat Howard, and Kenneth Wayne Howard. And one daughter, Kristina Nicole Boss, and husband Jason Boss. Six granddaughters and two grandsons. Francis McCormick, mother, Michelle Kent, sister, and James Kent, husband. Will be greatly missed and loved by so many. Gone but never forgotten. Keep the line tight old man, wait for the bite! Love ya, dad. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A Chapel service will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
