Pilar Hernandez Montejano, age 89, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on October 12, 1933 in Del Rio, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband: Luis A. Montejano.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons: Luis Montejano III (Margie), Roger Montejano (Esmeralda), Guillermo Montejano (Adriana), and Pablo Montejano (Zelda). Daughters: Gracie Maldonado (Gilbert), and Herlinda E. Rodriguez.  19 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren also survive her.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 5:30 PM by Marian Casillas.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery.

Gentlemen with the honor of serving as pallbearers are: Luis, Roger, Guillermo, and Pablo Montejano. Antonio Rodriguez Jr, and Jaime Roman.
