Pedro Villarreal, of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Pedro was born on January 18, 1944, in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, Mexico, to Benito Villarreal Gonzalez and Agustina Escamilla Garza.

Pedro was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria F. Villarreal, and his brother, Arturo Villarreal.

He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory, including his children; Magda Karina Villarreal, Pedro A. Villarreal, Juan L. Villarreal and his siblings; Eva Villarreal, Juan Francisco Villarreal, and Amelia Villarreal.

He is also survived by his ten grandchildren: Jacobo, Jorge, Alexandra, Kassandra, Abraham, Valeria, Rebeca, Victoria, Karla and Guadalupe; and his great-granddaughter, Camila Maria Villarreal.

Pedro will be lovingly remembered by his family and all those whose lives he touched. His memory will live on through the love he shared and the family he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved him.

May he rest in eternal peace.

Pedro nació el 18 de enero de 1944 en Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León, México, hijo de Benito Villarreal Gonzalez y Agustina Escamilla Garza.

Pedro fue precedido en la muerte por su amada esposa, Maria F. Villarreal, y su hermano, Arturo Villarreal.

Deja atrás a una familia amorosa que siempre atesorará su recuerdo, incluyendo a sus hijos: Magda Karina Villarreal, Pedro A. Villarreal, Juan L. Villarreal y sus hermanos y hermanas; Eva Villarreal, Juan Francisco Villarreal y Amelia Villarreal.

También le sobreviven sus diez nietos: Jacobo, Jorge, Alexandra, Kassandra, Abraham, Valeria, Rebeca, Victoria, Karla y Guadalupe; y su bisnieta, Camila Maria Villarreal.

Pedro será recordado con mucho cariño por su familia y por todas las personas cuyas vidas tocó. Su recuerdo perdurará a través del amor que compartió y de la familia que deja. Será profundamente extrañado y permanecerá por siempre en los corazones de todos aquellos que lo amaron.
