Pablo H. "Pegaduro" Rodriguez, Jr., age 77, entered into rest on Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on May 18, 1941 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents Pablo S. Rodriguez, Sr. and Maria Hernandez; sisters Olivia Hernandez and Olga De Hoyos; brothers Olegario Rodriguez and Oscar Rodriguez. Pablo was well known in the community for his service and dedication as a Baseball coach and mentor for many. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 52 years Hilda M. Rodriguez; son Pablo Rodriguez, III, Daughter Vanessa Fuentes (Hector); grandchildren Krystabella Vasquez, Cristela Hernandez, Adam Rodriguez, Anissa Rodriguez, Tomas Fuentes, and Lucas Fuentes; sister Ofelia Gonzalez and brother Armando Rodriguez (Elsa). Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Gentlemen with the Honor of Pallbearers are Pablo G. Rodriguez, Felix Sauceda, Pete Ortiz, Robert Gonzalez, Johnny De Hoyos and Adam Rodriguez. Honorary pallbearers are Krystabella Vasquez, Cristela Hernandez, Anissa Rodriguez, Tomas Fuentes and Lucas Fuentes. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
