Oscar Burrola, age 68, entered into rest on Thursday, January 5, 2017 in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on July 21, 1948 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Refugio and Maria Burrola; brother Joe Burrola Oscar was a Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 14 years, Narcisa "Nancy" V. Burrola. Children Grace V. Villar Burrola, Valeria Burrola, Maria Isable Burrola, Jo (Lisa) Briones, David (Andrea) Burrola, Oscar (Letty) Burrola. Sisters; Cecilia B. (Che) Gonzales, Gloria Burrola. Grandchildren, Erik Escobedo, Selena Jo Costilla, Oscar Burrola III, Tiffany Burrola, Betsy and Griffin Burrola. Great-grandchild, Adriana Burrola. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 7:00PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Gentlemen with the honor of pallbearers; Johnny Villanueva, Jesse Villanueva, Nicky de la Cerda, Armando Valdez, Pedro Perez and Michael Villanueva. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Army and American Legion Post 595.
