Olvido P. Peña, age 87, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on March 18, 1938 Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years Alfonso Peña Adams; her son Alfonso Peña Jr.; her parents Sofia Canales de Peña and Rosendo Pena Garcia; her brothers Roberto E. Peña Garcia and Abel Fernandez Peña Canales.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Lisee Peña Torralba, Edna Peña Corona (Tony), Aide Peña Sander (Don); her sister Sofia Peña Canales, brother Mauro Peña Canales, and Rosendo Peña Canales; grandchildren Krystal Peña, David Joshua Vasquez, Nicole Vasquez Galindo, Yvette Torralba Moses, Julie Torralba, Shayla Sander,  Bryce Sander, and Christina Corona Cerda.

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 14, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home on 2020 N. Bedell Ave. Del Rio, Texas.

A Chapel service will be held on Monday September 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery 5144 Hwy 90 East Del Rio, Texas.
