Norma Abelica Chazarreta, age 60 entered into rest on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on September 12, 1964.

She preceded in death by her parents; Simon Calderon Herrera and Juanita Felan.

She is survived by her husband of 6 years; Antonio Chazarreta. Her children; Mario S. Herrera, Michael T. Vargas, and Mark E. Vargas. Grandchildren; Mario S. Herrera Jr., Elijah C. Herrera, Cataleya I. Herrera, and Raquel M. Razo. Siblings; Ernestina Crispin, Bertha Aguirre, Gerald Herrera, and Jose Guerrero.

Mom, we love you and will miss you more than you'll ever know. We all shared some of the greatest and the worst moments of our lives with you. You were strong willed and faithful despite all the pain and suffering you endured in this physical body. We hope to see you running and jumping in your glorified body one day! You will be  missed. Love you Mom!

Visitation will be held on Friday October 11, 2024 from 4:00 PM  - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

Service will be held on Saturday October12, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Bible Way Christian Church on 409 E. Cortinas St. Del Rio, Tx.

Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
