Neri M. Ortega, age 64, entered into rest May 26, 2009, in Del Rio, Texas. He was born May 26, 1945 in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Anita Ortega. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary C. Ortega. Son, Brian Ortega. Daughters; Michelle Ortega, Marissa Gonzalez and husband Jesse, of San Antonio, Texas. Sister, Elia Juarez of San Angelo, Texas. Other survivors include step-sisters from San Angelo and numerous other relatives from Abilene. Also, 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 28, 2009, 5:00pm-9:00pm, at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00pm. Cremation to follow.
