Natividad Martinez Sonora, age 75, entered into rest on Sunday, April 6, 2025 in Brackettville, Texas. He was born on May 8, 1949. He was precede in death by his parents Refugio Martinez Talamantez and Juanita Sonora Maldonado, his brother Baldemar Martinez, and his brother-in-law Seferino Salazar.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mrs. Maria D. Martinez, his son Refugio Martinez (Laura Rivas), daughters Maribel Martinez Diaz (Cesar), and Maria Villasana (Daniel); his brother Homero Martinez (Esther), his sisters Ludivina Martinez, Estela Valdez (Honorio), Refugia Salazar; sister-in-law Herlinda Martinez; and grandchildren Sofia, Carlos, Refugio, Mariela, and Daniel.

The visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM in Brackettville Sunset Funeral Home at 302 E. Spring St, Brackettville, Texas.

The mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at 301 S. Ann St, Brackettville, Texas.

The interment will follow at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery at E. 1st St in Brackettville, Texas.
