Marta Silvera, age 98, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on January 9, 1927 in Havana, Cuba. She is preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Silvera; her son, Antonio Silvera, Jr.; and son-in-law, Gabriel Ruiz.

She is survived by her daughter, Marta Ruiz; her daughter-in-law Aisa Silvera; her grandson Fernando and his wife JoAnna; her grandson Christian and his wife Amanda; and her great-grandchildren Jaedon, Ava and Nicolas.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025 from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM; prayer service at 6:30 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

A graveside will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
