Mario Guillermo Garcia, age 67, entered into rest on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in El Paso, Texas. Mario was born to Urbano and Arabela Garcia, November 12, 1953, in Cuidad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico. He married Doralinda Saucedo on April 27, 1974, and they were married for over 46 years and lived in Del Rio, Tx. He leaves as his legacy three children and nine grandchildren: Guillermo "Willie" Garcia (Sherri Lynn Garcia), Brenda Fernandez (Robby Fernandez), Jessica Martinez (Matthew Martinez). He also leaves to cherish his memory nine grandchildren: Amber Garcia, Elizabeth Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Robert Anthony Perez, Lelani Fernandez, Kalilea Fernandez, Sebastian Martinez, Athena Martinez, and Persephone Martinez. He also leaves to cherish his memory four siblings: Sonia Portillo, Urbano Garcia, Ariel Garcia, and Javier Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. His children remember him as a man of many talents and a man who always put his family first. He is preceded in death by parents Urbano and Arabela Garcia, his in-laws Pedro and Isabel Saucedo, as well as his brother-in-laws Juan and Reynaldo Saucedo. Mario was a man with many virtues, he was passionate of the work he did and would stop what he was doing to always lend a hand to anyone that needed it, consequently, he made lots of life long friends along the way that considered him as a brother and/or father figure. He shared his knowledge and life experiences to help others succeed in life. He was known for his smile and charismatic nature. Memorial Mass is scheduled for Friday, January 22, 2021, 10:00am, at St Joseph Catholic Church in Del Rio, Texas. Inurnment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
