Maria Luisa Gallardo Renteria, age 82, entered into rest April 25, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born January 11, 1927, in Pachuca Hidalgo, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Refugio Renteria and parents, Guillermo Gallardo and Genoveva Olivera Moreno. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Juan and Enrique Renteria both of Lake Jackson and Hector Renteria of Angleton, TX. Daughters, Norma Tarin of Del Rio, Texas, Angela Novak of England, and San Juana Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas. Brother, Raul Gallardo of Freeport, TX, and Sister, Lucia Gallardo of Gomez Palacio, Guanajuato. Gentlemen left with the honor of Pallbearers: Leonardo Renteria, Enrique Renteria, Jr., Arturo Botello, Jeremy Ponce, Hector Renteria, Rene Gonzalez, Jr., and Leonardo Botello. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 26, 2009, 5:00PM-9:00PM, at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30PM. The funeral procession will depart Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
