Maria Trevińo Ochoa, age 86, entered into rest on March 1, 2021, in Del Rio, Tx. She was born on Nov. 25, 1934, in Del Rio, Tx. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albino and Margarita Trevińo, sister Maria Antonia, sons Jose Lee Ochoa, Jose Eli Ochoa (Blanca), Mario Ochoa (Romelia), and her husband of 62 years, Jose M. Ochoa. Maria was a retiree of Laughlin Air Force Base. She enjoyed watching sports, being outdoors and was the queen of her family. Maria was a proud and loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her sons, Hector Ochoa, Teo Ochoa (Irma), Ruben Ochoa (Sylvia), Michael Reyes (Sarah). Daughters, Margie Escobar (Joe) from San Antonio, Tx, Elvira Noyola (Jaime) from Brownsville, Tx, Rachel Parker (Ed) from Manteca, Ca. Sister, Amelia Polk from Abilene, Tx, 23 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home; followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon at our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
