Maria L. Tijerina of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on May 18, 2025. She was born in Cotulla, Texas, on June 29, 1941 to Jesus Tijerina and Florinda Aguilar. Maria is survived by her children; Rebecca Tijerina, Norma Rodriguez, Consuelo Barrera, Tomas Hernandez, Belinda Hernandez and Cynthia Lomas.Grandchildren; Michelle Garcia, Jesse Medrano, Orlando Medrano, Christina Trujillo, Samantha Rodriguez, Valerie Sanchez, Victoria Barrera, Roel Barrera, Pedro Ramirez, Ashley Soto, Armando Salas, Celina Salas, Annalisse Ramirez, numerous great grandchildren and her sister Dora Tijerina. Maria L. Tijerina was preceded in death by her husband; Juan Lomas, parents; Jesus and Florinda Tijerina. Siblings; Jesus, Joseph, Esperanza, and Pauline. Son; Henry, Grandson; Johnny and Great granddaughter; Annalisse. She was a loving mother, with a hilarious personality and will be deeply missed. Until we meet again!
