Marilú Cazares entered into rest on February 21, 2026. She was born on August 6, 1974.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugenio Torres and Guadalupe Torres; her twin brother, José Jesús Torres; and her nephew, Roberto Zavala.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rene Cázares; her children, Jackie Cázares and Rene Cázares Jr.; and her cherished grandchildren, Leo Cázares and Luz Elena Cázares. She is also survived by her siblings, as well as her nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave., Del Rio, Texas.

The visitation will continue on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 509 W Garza St, Del Rio, Texas.

The interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
