Maria Eugenia Ortega Blannin, age 58, entered into rest August 9, 2009, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born August 31, 1950, in Del Rio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Evelina Ortega. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Osvaldo Blannin of Del Rio, Violeta Longo and husband David of Del Rio, Monica Garcia and husband Carlos of Del Rio, Jessica Sotelo and husband Robert of Del Rio. Brothers; Robert Ortega and wife Irene, Antonio Ortega and wife Carmen, Ruben Ortega and wife Gloria. Grandchildren Nathan Tuma, Dominique Blannin, Deva Canchola, Ryan Canchola, Dmitri Canchola, and David James Longo Gentlemen with the honors of serving as pallbearers are Robert Ortega, Antonio Ortega, Ruben Ortega, Valdo Blannin, Carlos Garcia, David Longo Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2009, from 5:00 PM to 9:00PM, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Rosary will be held at 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, August 13, 2009, 10:00am at St. Joseph"�s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Felipe Cemetery.
