Marcial Gomez Duran, age 84, entered into rest November 27, 2007, in Del Rio, Texas. He was born July 3, 1923, in Zacatecas, Mexico. He was preceded in death by his wife: Emilia Morales de Duran, Parents: Gregorio and Julia Duran. Left to cherish his memory are his Sons: Jose Marcial Duran and wife Leticia, and Reymundo Duran and wife Adela, Daughters: Ana Maria Olomos and husband Eddie, Maria Guadalupe Mata and husband Jorge, Oralia Ibarra and husband Marcelo, and Maria del Carmen and husband Jose de la Cruz, Brother: Jesus Duran. Also survived by 22 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 28, 2007, 3:00-9:00 PM, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 PM. with Pastor Jaime Giraldo officiating. A Chapel Service will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007, at 12:00 PM. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
