Manuel Herrera, age 48, of New Braunfels, Texas entered into rest on July 24, 2024. He was born on June 2, 1976 in Laredo, Texas to Alberto and Norma Herrera. Manuel is survived by his son Manuel Alberto Herrera, Jr., brother; Juan Herrera, sisters; Norma Veliz, Gloria Herrera and one grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents Alberto Ortiz Herrera and Norma Herrera Manuel will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 415 S. Business 35 New Braunfels, TX. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church 245 S. Hidalgo Ave., New Braunfels, TX. Interment to follow at Santo Tomas Cemetery at 11:30am, Seguin, TX.
