Heaven gained the most beautiful angel on September 11, 2021. Lucy Flores Arreola entered into rest at her home at Fort Clark Springs, Texas at the age of 73. She was born on July 2, 1948 in Brackettville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents Tomas Flores Cooney and Alejandra Flores as well as her siblings Paul Flores Sr., Gloria Sandoval, Roy Flores and Eufemia Garcia. She is survived by her children, Nora Rivas, Bruno (Cynthia) Arreola and Alexandra Rosas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Isabel, Raul and Jose Rivas; Bruno III (Trey), Haleigh, GeAnna Arreola; JT, Roman, Isaac and Hannah Rosas; along with her great-grandchildren, Anabel Murillo, Anali Rivas, Adalynn and Joshuaa Rosas. She is also survived by her 4 brothers, Tommy Flores (Carmela), Robert Flores (Susana) and Armendario Flores of Brackettville, Texas and Ruben (Liliana) Flores of Cristoval, Texas. She is also survived by her 2 sisters, Emma (Roy) Falcon and Jean Gallegos along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, September 17, 2021, 4:00pm-7:00pm at Sunset Brackettville Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary 6:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM St Mary Magdalene Catholic Church. Gentlemen with the honor of pallbearers are Carlos Guajardo, Hector Cruz Sr., Arturo Falcon, Roberto Gallegos, Juan Arreola, Jesus Arreola. Honorary pallbearers Steve Gallegos and Tommy Sandoval. Interment to follow at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery.
