LeRoy Arthur Thomas, age 81, entered into rest February 21, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born May 9, 1927 in Buffalo, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Guadalupe G. Thomas, Parents Ernest and Alverdia Thomas and brother Ernest Thomas, Jr. Mr. Thomas retired in 1988 after 42 years of dedicated service with the Texas Department of Transportation. Left to cherish his memory are his Daughters, Laura Zavala, Sonya Thomas, Rachel Kenoly and husband Tony, Deborah Stewart and husband Scott Croughan, and Step-son, Gilbert Morin, Jr. Grandchildren, Gilbert Morin, III, Zion, Tony, Jr , Liana, Maliah, Layloni Kenoly. Brandon Alexander, Stephanie �"the Kid"� Thomas, Cassandra Diaz, Anika Stewart, and 4-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2009, 6:00pm-8:00pm, at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, Chapel of Remembrance. Private Graveside service is scheduled for, Tuesday, February 25, 2009.
