Leonel Dominguez, age 66, entered into rest on August 18, 2026, in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on January 1, 1960, in Hereford, Texas, to Belizario and Elvira Dominguez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Belizario and Elvira; his father-in-law, Ricardo; his mother-in-law, Elvira Briones; and his siblings, Belizario Jr., Arturo, Arcelia, Rachel, and Evangelina.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Esmeralda Briones Dominguez; his children and their partners, Jennifer Belen and Rene Meza Jr., Jacqueline Breann and Gavin Almaraz, Jesse and Dana Dominguez, and Christopher and Evelyn Dominguez; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Javier, Christopher Jr., and Angelo Dominguez; and his siblings Armando and his wife Cecilia Dominguez, Raul Dominguez, Christoval Dominguez, Jose Dominguez, and his sister Hilda Espinoza, and numerous nieces and nephews. 

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.

Funeral services conclude after the visitation.
