Julian Xavier Starks of New Braunfels, Texas, passed away on August 9, 2025. He was born in Harlingen, Texas on December 11, 1993 to Jack and Patricia Starks.

He was preceded in death by Leman and Emma Starks (Paternal grandparents). Amado Azua (Maternal grandfather).

Julian was a great source of love, encouragement, humor and pride. Julian, affectionately known as "Doogie", had a smile that could light up a room. He had a big heart that loved his family and wanted to help anyone in need.

He had a loving relationship with his siblings; Cecilia, Victoria and Natasha. He enjoyed being an uncle to Larry, Latasha, Myron, Toby and Ezekial.

Julian thrived most being outdoors; skateboarding, fishing, hiking, being at the beach or Canyon Lake. He also enjoyed intellectual conversations, debates, poetry and researching history.

As a child, Julian wanted to be like Spider-man and even asked if he should let a spider bite him! As a young man Julian still desired to become someone that could freely pursue his dreams of inspiring change for good.

Julian will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
