Juanita (Juana/Janie) G. Rodriguez Jr., age 56, of Del Rio, Texas passed away on Sunday morning, August 7th, 2022 in Austin, TX. Born October 19, 1965, in Del Rio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Jose G. Rodriguez Jr. and Celia (Tovar) Rodriguez. She is survived by her loving mother, Celia Rodriguez along with her four siblings; Antonio Esteban Rodriguez of Del Rio, TX, Richard and Ivonne Leu of Austin, Texas, David and Melinda Cole of Austin, Texas, and Angel Santos of San Antonio, TX. The family wishes to thank the following people: Venessa Robles, AGNP-C and the staff of Visiting Physicians Association, and the Trauma and ICU staff of St. David's South Austin Medical Center. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022, 3:00pm-7:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Procession departs Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 9:30am followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery with a Graveside Service at 10:00am.
