Juanita M. De Leon, 70, passed away on June 22, 2025, in Del Rio, Texas. She was born on September 25, 1954, in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan Muñoz Gomez and Agripina Melendez, and two brothers, Manuel Muñoz and Juan Muñoz II.
Family surviving her to cherish her memory are her husband of 45 years, Raymundo De Leon. Her three sons: Heriberto De León and his wife Rosa María S. Faz; Raymundo De Leon II and his wife Dulce Yaneth Flores; Jorge De Leon and his wife Jessica M. Escobar; her two brothers: Martin Muñoz and Jorge Muñoz; three sisters: Rosa Maria Muñoz, Marta Ortiz, and Luz María Rios; and his six grandchildren: Myrka C. De Leon, Dimas E. De Leon, Raymundo De Leon III, Keisha N. De Leon, Damian De Leon, Dominik De Leon;
and one great-grandson: Eloy De Leon.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el martes 24 de junio de 2025, de 16:00 a 20:00 h, en la Funeraria Sunset Memorial Oaks, ubicada en 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.
La misa de cristiana sepultura se celebrará el miércoles 25 de junio de 2025 a las 15:00 h en la Iglesia Católica de San José, ubicada en 510 Wernett St, Del Rio, Texas.
El entierro se realizará posteriormente en el Cemeterio Sunset Memorial Oaks, ubicado en 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
