Juan Manuel Ramirez, Jr., age 61, entered into rest on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on April 28, 1965, in Del Rio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Amelia Reyes, and his sister, Maria Isabel Soto.

He is survived by his daughter Claudia P. Ramirez, his father, Juan Manuel Ramirez, his brother, Juan M. Ramirez, Jr.; his sisters Rosa Maria Salas (Mario), Blanca Estela Barrera (Abel), Gloria Salinas (George), Berta Alicia Lincoln (Jimmy), and Nidia Iraseli Ramirez.

Pallbearers will be Roy Tamez, Roger Soto, Oscar Fuentez, Juan Ramirez, Jr., Luis Alfonso Flores, Jr., and Luis Alfonso Flores, III. 

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave., Del Rio, Texas.

The visitation will continue on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 509 West Garza St., Del Rio, Texas.

The interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
