John "Johnny" Diego passed away peacefully at home in Del Rio, Texas July 7, 2017. Johnny was born February 15, 1932 to Juan and Virgina Diego in Del Rio, Texas. He lived in Del Rio, Texas all his life and is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Diego is survived by his beautiful wife of 42 years Mrs. Deyanira Diego sons; Juan Raul ( Erica) Diego, and Jesus Diego daughters Deyanira (Miguel) Hernandez, Belinda (Bernardo) Alcorta, grandchildren; Mariela, Marlene Alcorta, Aaron Diego, and Major Diego, Visitation will be held Sunday July 9, 2017 from 3:00PM to 9:00PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A Scripture Service will also be held 7:00 pm Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home with Cremation to follow.
