Jovita Martinez Gonzalez "Bala" of New Braunfels, Texas passed away Saturday, September 7th, 2019 at Resolute Health Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 21st, 1951 to Frank Martinez and Delfina Garcia. She is preceded in death by her husband; Jesus Gonzalez, son; Jesse Gonzalez III and daughter; Patricia Martinez. She is survived by her daughter; Laura Garrett, her grandchildren; Juan Martinez, Crystal Martinez, Jessica Gonzalez, Heather Gonzalez, Christina Martinez, Amber Garrett and Michael Garrett. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Davy Mosqueda, Dante A Zenil, Ariel Medina, Israel D Zenil, Annabelle Medrano, and Patricia A Zenil. Funeral services will be at Sunset Memorial Oaks in New Braunfels, Texas on Friday, September 13th, 2019. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM, ending at 11:00 AM, with a rosary recited at 11:00 AM, funeral services will conclude at 12:00 PM. Cemetery hill top services will begin at 12:30 PM at Hill Country Memorial Gardens in New Braunfels, TX.
