Joseph Rodney Babbitt, age 53 of New Braunfels, Texas passed away Sunday, December 10, 2017. He was born May 23, 1964 in Newport News, VA to Lee Michael Babbitt, Sr. and Lupe Farias Babbitt. He is survived by his Mother Lupe F. Babbitt; father Lee Michael Babbitt, Sr.; brothers Lee Michael Babbitt, II and his wife Amy, Joshua James Babbitt; sisters April Ortiz and her husband Juan,Eve Wheeler and her husband Rhett, Cynthia Rogers and her husband Brad, Elizabeth Bentley and her husband Greg, Linda Mattingly and Michele Harren and her husband Shane along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 PM at San Juan Cemetery in Geronimo.Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
