Con profundo dolor anunciamos el fallecimiento de José H. Calderon, falleció en paz el 7 de Abril, 2026 a la edad de 61 años.
Nació en México el 15 de Abril, 1964. Su lugar favorito y donde pasó una parte de su infancia era Zaragoza, Coahuila y pasó la otra mitad de su vida en Del Rio, Texas al lado de sus seres queridos. El fue un gran esposo, papá e hijo. Dedicó su vida a su familia y su trabajo. Disfrutaba mucho ir al gimnasio, cantar, bailar y nadar en familia. Le sobreviven su esposa Maribel Calderon, sus hijos José Calderon, Andrea Calderon y Rocio Calderon.
Vivirá para siempre en nuestros recuerdos y en el amor de su familia. Nunca será olvidado.
La velación se llevará a cabo el lunes 13 de abril de 2026, de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m.; con el rezo del Santo Rosario a las 6:30 p.m., en Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.
La velación continuará el martes 14 de abril de 2026, de 8:30 a.m. a 9:30 a.m. en Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home; seguida de la Misa de Cuerpo Presente a las 10:00 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica San José, 510 Wernett St., Del Rio, Texas.
El sepelio se llevará a cabo en el cemeterio Sunset Memorial Oaks, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of José H. Calderon, who passed away peacefully on April 7, 2026, at the age of 61.
He was born in Mexico on April 15, 1964. His favorite place, and where he spent part of his childhood, was Zaragoza, Coahuila. He spent the other half of his life in Del Rio, Texas, alongside his loved ones. He was a devoted husband, father, and son. He dedicated his life to his family and his work. He greatly enjoyed going to the gym, singing, dancing, and swimming with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Maribel Calderon, and his children, José Calderon, Andrea Calderon, and Rocio Calderon.
He will forever live in our memories and in the love of his family. He will never be forgotten.
The visitation will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM; recitation of the holy rosary at 6:30 PM, at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 2020 N. Bedell Ave, Del Rio, Texas.
The visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home; followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 510 Wernett St., Del Rio, Texas.
The interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
