Jose Guadalupe
Segura
Aug 8, 1949 — Dec 13, 2025
José Guadalupe Segura, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and pillar of the Segura family, passed away leaving behind a legacy of hard work, strength, and unwavering love. He spent many proud years working on the oil rigs, dedicating his life to providing for his family with the same grit and determination that defined his character. To know José was to know a man who valued family above all else, a man whose hands were strong from years of labor and whose heart was soft for those he loved.
José was the foundation of a large, close-knit family who will carry forward his lessons of loyalty, unity, and perseverance. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Yazmin T. Segura; his children Zeniah Alderete (Rosanto), Jesus Segura (Ana), Ivan Segura (Vicky), Michael Segura (Rachael), Michelle Segura, Zammiene Segura-Hernandez (Mike), Billy Segura (Karina), and Joe Segura (Erick); grandchildren Kassy, Andy, Stephen, Chito, Luthary, Mikey, Christian, Isabell, Julian, Noah, Angel, Anthony, Nora, Tomas Barksdale, Camila, Miranda, and Aldo
Each of them reflects pieces of the man José was. He was a hardworking, generous, and loyal man. His guidance shaped their lives, and his love will continue to guide them for generations to come.
José's presence will be deeply missed by the entire Segura family, but his spirit lives on in every story shared, every memory cherished, and every bond strengthened through the love he instilled.
Rest in peace, José Guadalupe Segura.
