Johnnie (Burns) Lefler of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on November 15, 2023. She was born on August 22,1929 in Taylor, Texas to Charles Elmer Burns and Vesta Yates. In her younger years she enjoyed horseback riding and was an accomplished barrel racer. She later met her husband Grady D. Lefler while attending a dance in Corpus Christi, Texas. They were married on September 29, 1951 in Corpus Christi and were married for 70 years. They had 3 children, Marcy, Grady Jr. and Glyn Ann. She is survived by her son Grady Lefler Jr. and her Daughter Glyn Ann MacKerron 5 Grand Children and 4 Great Grand Children. She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, and Grand Mother and will be Forever missed.
