Joe F. Moreno, Jr., age 69, entered into rest on Monday, August 25, 2025, in New Braunfels, Texas. He was born on June 22, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas, to Joe Moreno, Sr. and Estella Moreno.

Joe is survived by his life partner, Diana Martinez. His loving children; LeeJay Moreno, Felicia Moreno and Maranda Perez. He was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. His sister, Beatrice and brother-in-law Marcelino Reyes, Sister Rachel Moreno and niece, Monica Villarreal.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 245 S. Hidalgo Ave., New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
