Joaquina Becerra, age 93, entered into rest on March 17, 2018 at home with family by her side. She was born on April 13, 1924 in San Carlos, Coahuila, Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Guadalupe Becerra, 5 sisters, 6 brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Sarah Carrillo (Orlando). She is survived by her grandchildren, Orlando Carrillo II ( Gabriella Carrillo), Laura Carrillo Ramirez (Andres Ramirez), Emmanuel Xavier Carrillo (Maribel Carrillo) and Karla Elizabeth Carrillo. She had 8 great grandchildren she adored, Matthew, Natalia, Andres Jr, Destiny, Emmanuel Jr, Annely, Isabela, Gabriel and numerous nieces and nephews. She was an active member in St. Joseph Church and above all a devoted woman to her daughter and her extended family. During her time at home she was cared by her loving and caring niece she called her daughter Rosario (Chayo) Martinez. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
