Jerry Grabeklis entered into rest on February 22, 2026, in Del Rio, Texas. He was born on April 13, 1943, in Daugavpils, Latvia.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Janis Grabeklis and Lita R. Grabeklis, his brother, Andy Grabeklis, and his in-laws,

Glenn Scallorn, and Gyna Scallorn.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Sherry Grabeklis; his son, Jay Grabeklis; and his daughter, Laura Plumb and her husband, John Plumb. Jerry also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Austin Plumb, and Millicent Plumb.

A graveside service is scheduled for 1:30PM, Friday, February 27, 2026 at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 5144 Hwy 90 East, Del Rio, Texas.
