Javier Flores, age 62, entered into rest on Sunday, July 22 in Uvalde, Texas. He was born on July 18, 1956 in Caldwell, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martiniano and Elia Flores, siblings Jose Flores, Juan Flores, Socorro Riojas and Yolanda Maul. Javier was an active Missionary. He volunteered and actively participated in jail ministry. He taught at Bible Way for over 15 years. Javier also worked at the produce department at HEB for 12 years. His kind heart and caring nature will be dearly missed by all! Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 10 years, Dora P. Flores. Sons, John Flores (Sylvia), Albert Paine (Regina). Daughters, Monica Tullos, Sara Betzold (Randy), Vanessa Sanchez (Chris) and Emma Liza Paine. Also survived by brothers Martin Flores, Manuel Flores. Sisters, Rosa Flores, Paula Mellons and Maria Kniser. 15 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 5:00pm-9:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Chapel Service is scheduled for Friday, July 27, 2018, 10:00am, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
