. Isamary Garcia, age 75, entered into rest January 24, 2015 in Carrollton, Texas. She was born on Novemeber 8, 1939 in Allende Coah., Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband Santos Garcia, parents; German and Amparo Rodriguez. To everything there is a season, a time for every matter under heaven, a time to be born; and a time to die; a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to weep, and a time to laugh, a time to mourn, and a time to dance, a time to keep, and a time to cast away….Eclesiastes. This eulogy is written in memory of our mother, Isamary Garcia, together we share the joy her life gave us, and the pain that her passing brings. In sharing the joy and pain together, we lessen the path and remember more clearly the joy. Although it's hard to say goodbye, we wish that so much of her life had not been lost to her illness. While we know that she is at peace and that her struggles are at an end, there is pain and sadness. Even though Mom is gone, she has left the legacy of love, never-ending strength and perseverance. The way she touched our lives will remain and we ask you to keep those memories alive by sharing them with us and with one another. Some of the most important things in Mom's life were her beloved canaries, gardening, her children and of course the love for our father Santos. Her family and role as mother and grandmother were most important. This is where she drew her strength and left her legacy. With everything Mom went through, she managed to keep her faith in God. She left us with a wonderful example to follow and taught us to keep focused on what truly is important; the love for our family. We think it was such a special blessing that just before she passed away, Mom was able to spend 15 days at home surrounded by her beloved family and friends. We were there when she drew her last breath, another blessing we will cherish forever. She loved us all our life, we will love her to the end of ours. Left to cherish her memory are her Sons, Santos Garcia and wife Griselda, German Garcia, David Garcia and wife Natalia. Daughters; Yolanda Simpson and husband Donovan, Lucy Mabe and husband Mark, Patricia Garcia, Ruth Garcia and Rocio Garcia. Brothers; Alfonso Rodriguez, German Rodriguez, Oscar Rodriguez, and Pedro Rodriguez. Sisters; Estella Rodriguez, and Olga Diaz. Grand-children; Kimberly, Samantha, Victoria, Donovan, Andrea, Corey, Derrick, Sophia, Catherine, Anna, and Melissa. Great-grandchildren; Emily, Keon, Frankie, Emmie, and Mia. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2015, from 5:00pm-9:00pm at Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday January 27, 2015 10:00AM at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
